Each session is individualized to meet your needs and your needs that particular day. Every session starts with a check-in. How you are feeling physically, mentally and emotionally is important to this work. The different therapies and tools offered by The Sole Woman make her an excellent facilitator. She uses various approaches depending on your needs - the medical approach, the energetic approac

h, the stress reduction approach or an emotional / transformational approach. Classes are now being offered that include Chi Gong, Toing, Violet Flame Incantations, Music, Mudras, These programs are held in the sacred garden with the Flower of Life and star of David geometric shapes. These are powerful sacred geometric shapes that affect your Mer Ka Ba- your light body. THey help to raise your vibration as do all the different elements of the program.
