At Vista Care, encouragement means energizing one another through support, encouragement, and positivity. It can be celebrating a win, recognizing someone's hard work, offering support on a tough day, or simply reminding someone, "You've got this." Because sometimes, a few encouraging words can give someone the extra boost they need to keep going.

This month, we're celebrating ENCOURAGEMENT in familiar places, unexpected places, and all the everyday moments when we lift each other up.

Today we celebrate Dakota's five year anniversary with Vista Care!

For Dakota, a great day at work is when everyone shows up, brings their best, and has a fantastic time with the individuals they support. Creating an environment where staff and individuals can enjoy their time together is what makes a day truly rewarding.

Dakota takes pride in the personal growth that has come from embracing challenges that once seemed insurmountable. She is also proud of the individuals Vista Care serves as they achieve their goals, as well as the staff members who have stepped up, taken on new challenges, and grown within their roles. Seeing individuals accomplish their goals and being able to celebrate those successes alongside them is what truly fills Dakota's bucket. Being part of their journey and watching them thrive is a privilege that makes the work so meaningful.
