You slip into a private cabin filled with warm water and 1,200 pounds of Epsom salt. The water matches your skin temperature, the cabin is soundproof and dark, and your body floats, weightless, without any effort.

You're always in control: keep the door cracked if you'd like a little light or want to step out anytime. There's no "right" way to float, and many newcomers drift into deep relaxation within minutes.
