CLASSES START ON TUESDAY! It's time to take action! Say YES to that inner voice urging you to look deeper within! Don't let fear or doubt hold you back! This course is for all who struggle with meditation and are looking to learn how to overcome the busy mind and gain access to the deep reservoir of peace that exists within all of us.

CLASSES START SEPTEMBER 8th
In-person & Online!
Sundays & Tuesdays, 6:30pm-8:30pm.
{All classes are recorded, so you never need to worry about missing a class!}

No prior experience is needed - come exactly as you are! With her supportive and patient approach, our esteemed teacher, Elizabeth Ziegler, will teach you tried and true methods to develop and deepen your personal meditation practice. All participants will also have the option to earn their Breathwork & Meditation Teaching Certificate through The Jiiva Center if teaching is the goal!
