We are looking to add to our great team here at Premier Mountain Adult Medicine! We are in need of an additional mid level provider, i.e. Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. We also have an upcoming opening for a Medical Assistant! We are rebranding! Beginning in June, Internal Medicine will be separating from Premier Mountain Healthcare to become Premier Mountain Adult Medicine; with a better focus on the unique needs of adult health. We’re excited to help meet the needs of this beautiful community with new service lines, including Functional Medicine and Weight Loss support! We are expanding our palliative care services, and offering a new personalized diabetes management program tailored to each patient’s specific needs. Look for the return of our peer support groups this summer, including those for chronic pain, living with cancer & caring for a family member with Alzheimer’s dementia. Enhanced provider communication options including new phone lines, portal messaging and secure texting. And be watching for our new web page, or check our social media pages where you’ll find information on even more services coming soon, including: lic counseling & mental health support, and a calendar of community health care related events!
