☀️ Summer Tattoo Reminder ☀️

With the weather finally getting nice, we wanted to post a quick reminder about sunburns before tattoo appointments.

Please avoid getting sunburned before your session. Sunburned or peeling skin is damaged skin, and tattooing over it can affect both the tattoo and the healing process. It’s not just about the tattoo hurting more — burned skin can lead to poor ink saturation, patchy healing, excessive irritation, and increased risk of infection or skin trauma.

If you do get burned before your appointment, please reach out to us as soon as possible so we can decide the safest and best option moving forward. The sooner we know, the easier it is to adjust scheduling and avoid unnecessary trips.
