For many first-time clients, the most nerve-racking part of a colonic isnā€™t the water, the process, or even talking about poopā€”itā€™s the idea of having something inserted rectally.

The good news? The speculum used during colon hydrotherapy is small, smooth, well-lubricated, and designed specifically for comfort. Most clients are surprised by how easy and uneventful that part actually is.
