Serenity Bay Hospice had such a wonderful time painting vases with the residents in Memory Care at Holbrook Sugar Hill! 🌸

Caring for our community goes beyond hospice care. Serenity Bay Hospice was honored to host a Blood Pressure Clinic at Sunabella Towne Lake, giving residents the opportunity to check in on their heart health and connect with our compassionate team.

Today was filled with beautiful music and even more beautiful moments at The Reserve at Towne Lake. 🎹💜
One of our incredible Serenity Bay Hospice volunteers shared the gift of music by playing the piano for the residents, bringing smiles, cherished memories, and comfort through every note. It’s amazing how music has the power to connect hearts, lift spirits, and create moments of peace.

Today, our team at Serenity Bay Hospice had the privilege of spending time with the wonderful residents at Overlook Suwanee creating personalized Memory Boxes.

These special boxes are filled with treasured photos, meaningful keepsakes, and memories that tell the unique story of each resident’s life. Memory boxes not only celebrate a person’s journey but also serve as a source of comfort, connection, and conversation for families, caregivers, and loved ones.

It was a joy to see smiles, hear stories, and honor the lives and legacies of these remarkable individuals. Every memory tells a story, and every story deserves to be remembered. 💜
