We’ve put together an incredible June schedule at Perry Park in Somerville, packed with everything from high-intensity Bootcamps and Core work to restorative Mobility Yoga.

Whether you’re training for a specific sport, hitting the trails, or just looking for a “”band-ass”” workout with the best community in town, we have a spot for you.

​​A focused, science-driven session targeting scapular control, pulling strength, grip endurance, and joint resilience. Using bodyweight and bands, you’ll move through structured intervals that transfer to climbing and real-world performance.

Built for climbers, useful for any athlete. Whether you’re already on the wall or building toward it, this session develops durable strength without beating up your shoulders and elbows. Expect precise coaching and intentional programming.
