This June, Abraxas Home Care proudly celebrates Pride Month and honors the strength, resilience, and beauty of the LGBTQIA+ community.

For us, Pride is not just a celebration — it is a commitment. It means creating safe spaces. It means standing beside people when their voices are ignored. It means protecting dignity, honoring identity, and making sure every person knows they are seen, valued, and loved.

Abraxas Home Care is proudly LGBTQIA+ owned and operated. Many of our employees are members of the LGBTQIA+ community, and so are individuals who receive services through our agency. That makes this work deeply personal to us.

We know how important it is to show up — not only in June, but every single day. We stand for inclusion. We stand for equality. We stand for the right of every person to live safely, openly, and authentically.

This Pride Month, we celebrate love, community, courage, and the continued fight for acceptance and justice.

Today Our Community Engagement Program had the honor of volunteering at the Colonial Heights Food Bank to support residents throughout the City of Colonial Heights.

Today at Abraxas Home Care, we gathered for our office Memorial Day cookout and birthday celebration. 🇺🇸🎂

We are grateful for moments that bring our team together in fellowship, laughter, and appreciation. As we celebrate one another, we also pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave their lives in service to our country.
