Permanent Makeup and Microblading is governed by The State of Florida, Department of Health. You not only have to have an artist license but also an establishment license. Along with that comes many years of practice and working on live people.
Please check credentials when you are choosing your permanent makeup artist.. So many people are just going with a cheaper price without checking out a persons credentials first.
Don't let anyone tell you that cheaper is better. The artist you chose should have all licenses and a portfolio for you to see. Ask questions, ask to see their work. It is so important in this industry as there is much more to learn than a 2 day on line course. In the State of Florida your artist license has to be associated with your establishment license. Along with that comes bio-medical waste laws and your bio medical training course and laws.. REMEMBER ask to see this..
