I am at a conference and the discussion of biological age vs chronological age came up. Who has ever discovered what their biological age is? (Chronological = candles on your birthday cake , Biological age = how "old " your cells are and how well they function) If so, what did you do with that information? How did you change habits to improve your biological age?

Please stop vandalizing my Lego room. I have had to take down the display because parents and patients have ripped it apart. I have glued it down, yet families think it is ok to rip them down. Do better.

Becky here, after driving through the haze to get to work.

The air quality today is horrid, no other way to describe it.

If you have to be outside today, especially for those that are considered part of the sensitive groups - the elderly, babies and those with pre-existing lung conditions - limit your time outdoors if possible, wear a mask if needed to keep from inhaling the smoke, and take frequent breaks.

The heat is pretty much guaranteeing that our windows are closed, but if you have a HEPA filter, it's a good idea to check the filter and let it run as well.

Becky here. It looks like we are having an Internet outage again. Hoping they get it resolved sooner than later.

We are working on rerouting calls to my cell phone; will keep you posted.
