Bring your people.

Today is National Women’s Health and Fitness Day. The bathhouse here is gender separated, which means the women’s side is its own world. Hot tubs, steam room, cold plunge, showers, and nobody checking a phone.

Come with your sister, your mom, your group chat. Everyone gets a uniform in their size, and the sauna floor upstairs is where you all regroup afterward.

Ages 12 and up. Anyone 12 to 16 needs a guardian of the same gender with them, three minors per adult maximum.

Our hottest room and our coldest room are about thirty seconds apart.

Bul Han Jing Mak, then the Ice Room. Sit, sweat, walk, freeze, repeat. Most first timers come in for the heat and leave talking about the cold.

Both are included with day admission, along with the other eight saunas. No appointment, no add on.
