🔥 Kylie crushed this workout at O'Dark Thirty this morning... and somehow we committed the ultimate gym crime.

We forgot the obligatory workout selfie. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️

So you'll just have to take my word for it—this Lower Body + Balance workout delivered.

Balance work is deceptively challenging. It doesn't always leave you drenched in sweat or gasping for air, but it quickly exposes weaknesses in stability, coordination, core strength, and body control. That's exactly why it's such an important part of training.

Today was all about building stronger legs, better balance, improved movement, and injury resilience. Kylie attacked every challenge and absolutely crushed it.

No photo evidence exists, but the stronger legs and wobbly balance muscles say it all. 😂💪

We'll remember the workout picture next time... maybe.

Tomorrow morning we're attacking a TOTAL BODY workout that checks all the boxes:

We'll be squatting, pressing, rowing, lunging, swinging, climbing, and finishing with a core burner that will have you feeling accomplished before most people hit their snooze button for the second time.

The hardest part of tomorrow's workout won't be the squats, the lunges, or the conditioning rounds.

It's making the decision to get out of bed.

WOW... what an incredible night! 💚🥤⚡

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out to our very first Mega Tea: Mix & Mingle tonight!

When we opened Fuel Fusion Nutrition, our vision was always bigger than just serving drinks. We wanted to create a place where people could connect, learn, laugh, and build a healthier community together. Tonight was exactly that.

Seeing so many familiar faces, meeting new friends, sharing our story, teaching you how we make some of our signature Mega Teas, and watching everyone sample flavors and have fun made our hearts so full. The energy in the room was amazing!

To everyone who attended, asked questions, brought a friend, supported our small business, and spent an hour of your evening with us—thank you. Your support means more than words can express.

Every tea we mixed tonight represents countless hours of dreaming, planning, learning, and believing that we could create something special for our community. Nights like tonight remind us why we took that leap.

This is only the beginning. We have so many exciting things planned, and we can't wait to continue sharing this journey with all of you.

🚨 The Injury Healed… But Did Your Confidence? 🚨

You did the rehab.

You showed up to physical therapy.

You followed the doctor’s orders.

Then came the day you’ve been waiting for:

“You’re cleared to return to normal activities.”

But instead of excitement, you feel nervous.

Every step, every lift, every run comes with the same thought…

“What if I get hurt again?”

Trust me, I’ve been there.

After 6 surgeries and 3 ACL reconstructions on my left knee, I know firsthand that the hardest part of recovery isn’t always rebuilding your body—it’s rebuilding trust in it.

In my newest blog, I share my personal journey from tearing my ACL one week after signing my college softball scholarship to learning how to overcome the fear of re-injury and regain confidence in my body.

Another one in the books! 🔥

The hardest rep this morning might have been getting out of bed, but once this crew walked through the door, it was game on. Upper body strength, cardio, no-floor core, and plenty of sweat before most people even started their day.

This group continues to prove that success isn’t built on motivation—it’s built on showing up, especially when it’s early, dark, and your bed is making a compelling argument to stay put. 😎

Proud of this crew for bringing the energy, pushing each other, and starting the day with purpose.

And yes… Barb was here too, bringing the heat and keeping us all on our toes. 🤪🔥

Every session is about so much more than exercise.Jordan and Jonathan continue to show up ready to work, learn, and challenge themselves. While this video is highlighting Jordan, Jonathan was working just as hard. From building strength and balance to improving coordination, confidence, and body awareness, these two athletes keep making progress one step at a time.

What I love most isn't just the exercises they complete—it's the smiles, determination, and willingness to keep trying even when something feels challenging. That growth mindset is where the real magic happens. 🌟

Today they worked on balance, core strength, upper body strength, coordination, and agility through a variety of fun and engaging activities designed to help them succeed.
