🔥 Kylie crushed this workout at O'Dark Thirty this morning... and somehow we committed the ultimate gym crime.

So you'll just have to take my word for it—this Lower Body + Balance workout delivered.
Balance work is deceptively challenging. It doesn't always leave you drenched in sweat or gasping for air, but it quickly exposes weaknesses in stability, coordination, core strength, and body control. That's exactly why it's such an important part of training.
Today was all about building stronger legs, better balance, improved movement, and injury resilience. Kylie attacked every challenge and absolutely crushed it.
No photo evidence exists, but the stronger legs and wobbly balance muscles say it all. 😂💪
