Join Parkside Family Medicine's Registered Dietitian, Clarita Higginbotham, RDN, LD, for a welcoming three-part small-group series designed for women ages 35 and older designed to help participants transition successfully beyond their GLP-1 journey.

This series offers practical strategies, evidence-based nutrition guidance, and meaningful support. Participants will learn how to build sustainable habits, navigate common challenges, and confidently transition into the next phase of their health journey in a supportive and encouraging environment.
