we all know about witch hazel but have you ever thought about its form before it becomes a liquid? fortunately, i met a random chinese lady on next door and she has given me SOOO MANY plants this year & wh is one of them 🙌🏾💛🙌🏾 i look forward to using the leaves in teas since it is an astringent, helps soothe sore throats and eases digestive & circulation issues. you can also boil the leaves in distilled water for an immediate skin toner. 💛💛💛

🧽 the loofahs are growing! you have to look real hard to find the babies. last year one plant yielded 40 loofahs; lets see how many we get this year 👀

soooo many of you LOVE & still ask for baldflower’s loofah bars (handmade soaps made by ) so they will be back as soon as the crop comes in!! 🙌🏾🧼

this beauty reseeded and has just been quietly growing all season. 😌

rabbit to***co loves to grow in random places & fields. it is great for our respiratory system and even helps through inhalation. my mom said the way the dead plant looked in a field made you want to smoke it…

like, nature knows what you need. 💛

💨 i use rabbit to***co in my “alternative prerolls”. i combine it with honeysuckle & mullein for a triple punch of respiratory & anti-inflammatory support. they are seasonal and will be available as soon as she is ready. 💚

🌬️i imagine this one will smell like a breath of fresh air! i imagine spraying it directly in my face, since it has a witch hazel base, when my sinuses are clogged. 💭

🌿my eucalyptus & chocolate peppermint have grown in abundance in the gardens so i figure this will be a very nice combination. stay tuned…

i LOVE eucalyptus trees 😬 one day back in 2004 i was living in midland north carolina. it was farrrrr out and land was everywhere. i stopped at a small plant nursery and they had some small euc trees and that was the first time ever coming in contact with eucalyptus. i brought it home & planted it and it diedddd 😩 my house was surrounded by slate so it stood no chance. but AS SOON AS i bought my current home i planted one and now i have 4! 🙌🏾

this girl is 3 years old. she is right outside of my bathroom window so when i open it yall already know what’s up 💛💛💛 normally i sprinkle some plain epsom salt a few times during summer for some stimulation & water her regularly but this year i did nothing and she has skyrocketed 😳
