🌕✨ Release & Renew: A Full Moon Reiki + Sound Bath Journey

As we approach the Full Moon, we are invited to pause, reflect, and lovingly release what we are ready to let go of.

Throughout our lives, we create energetic connections with people, experiences, responsibilities, old patterns, and versions of ourselves we have outgrown. Some connections nourish us. Others may leave us carrying energy that no longer belongs to us.

This evening is an invitation to come home to yourself.

Through guided meditation, Reiki, and the healing vibrations of singing bowls, tuning forks, chimes, and other resonant instruments, we’ll create space to release what feels heavy, reclaim your energy, and reconnect with a deeper sense of clarity and balance.

Together we’ll explore:

✨ What am I ready to release?
✨ What energy am I ready to call back to myself?
✨ What space am I creating for what comes next?

JULY 8TH
In this special mantra circle, we’ll explore the experience of chanting a mantra 108 times. Rather than briefly tasting several chants, this class invites you to settle more fully into the rhythm, vibration, and subtle unfolding of each mantra through repitition. Together, we’ll work with three carefully chosen mantras, allowing the mind to quiet and the body to settle more fully into the vibration of the practice. We’ll conclude with an extended meditation and integration period, giving participants time to rest in the stillness and spaciousness that mantra can open within us.

JULY 22nd
We will have a nice mix of mantras at various different repetition lengths to practice. Great for all levels of experience.

MAKE MUSIC DAY IS THIS SUNDAY! Join me from 10-11am for a FREE OUTDOOR SOUND BATH at the Spooner Elementary Amphitheater. Participants will need to bring either a yoga mat or a blanket to lay on, water, and any additional items to help them be comfortable such as a pillow, leg bolster, light-weight blanket to cover up with, crystals, and/or sunscreen. There will be a small canopy put up for shade...but so far it looks like we should be having a beautiful cloudy day for the occasion.
