China just opened the world’s first AI-powered hospital with 42 AI doctors.
And there are still people in American healthcare arguing about whether AI is going to replace physicians.
Baby. The conversation has already moved on without you.
This is exactly what I have been saying. The train left the station. While we are debating whether AI belongs in medicine, the rest of the world is building the infrastructure and they learned everything they know from us.
I am not sharing this to scare you. I am sharing this because the physicians and practice owners who understand what is happening right now and choose to get ahead of it are going to be in a completely different position than the ones who wait until it lands on their doorstep.
AI cannot replace clinical judgment. It cannot read the room. But it is coming into your practice one way or another — through your EHR, through your scheduling software, through your billing system, through your patient portal.
The question is not if. The question is whether you will have any say in how it gets implemented.
That is why I got certified. That is why I am building governed systems for small practices. And that is why this conversation is not going away.
🔗 DM me if you are ready to talk about what this means for your practice.
