There is an important conversation happening around, wellness, body image and the pressure to constantly “improve” ourselves.

And we believe that conversation should, in fact, be happening.

Because there absolutely can be a point where self-improvement crosses into unhealthy fixation—and responsible providers have an obligation to recognize that.
