💧Hydration throughout the day-- it's not the easiest, am I right?!💧

But, your body depends on it!!

Water plays a vital role in keeping your body functioning properly. Staying hydrated helps regulate body temperature, supports digestion, improves energy levels, keeps joints lubricated, and even helps with focus and mood. Even mild dehydration can lead to headaches, fatigue, and difficulty concentrating.

Unfortunately, many of us go through the day without drinking enough water. The good news is that staying hydrated doesn’t have to be complicated!

Here are some simple, practical tips to help you stay hydrated throughout the day:

✅ Start your morning with water.
Drink a full glass of water when you wake up to rehydrate your body after a night of sleep.

✅ Carry a reusable water bottle.
Keeping water with you makes it much easier to sip throughout the day.

✅ Set reminders.
Sounds crazy, but it works! Use phone alarms or apps to remind you to drink water every hour if you tend to forget.

✅ Flavor your water naturally.
Add lemon, cucumber, berries, or mint to make water more enjoyable.

✅ Eat hydrating foods.
Foods like watermelon, cucumbers, oranges, strawberries, and lettuce contain a lot of water and help contribute to daily hydration.

✅ Drink before you feel thirsty.
Thirst is often a sign your body is already becoming dehydrated.

✅ Hydrate before and after exercise.
Your body loses fluids through sweat, so replacing them is important for recovery.

💡 Quick tip: A simple goal is around 8 cups of water a day, but your needs may be higher depending on activity level, weather, and overall health.

Your body does so much for you every day — give it the fuel it needs by staying hydrated! 💧

Dinner recipe rut?? We've got you covered!
Not too many ingredients, high in protein, yummy flavor profile, and pretty quick for homemade!

This one checks all the boxes😉

✨ Lemon Garlic Chicken Bowl ✨

Ingredients (Serves 4):
• 1½ lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast
• 1 cup dry quinoa (or rice)
• 2 cups broccoli florets
• 1½ cups sliced bell peppers
• 2 Tbsp olive oil
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning

Directions:
1️⃣ Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and seasoning.
2️⃣ Coat chicken and grill or bake at 375°F for 20–25 minutes, until cooked through.
3️⃣ Cook quinoa according to package directions.
4️⃣ Steam broccoli and roast bell peppers at 400°F for 15–20 minutes.
5️⃣ Assemble bowls and enjoy!
