Another Roll & Restore event in the books! ✨

This time we gathered outside, surrounded by fresh air, birdsong, and the beauty of nature. With a smaller, more intimate group, there was space to slow down, breathe deeply, and truly connect—to ourselves and to one another.

Watching bodies soften, shoulders drop, breath deepen, and faces light up never gets old. These gatherings remind me that it's not about the size of the group, but the quality of the experience we create together.

Thank you to everyone who showed up, rolled, breathed, released, and shared your energy. Your presence made this afternoon special. 💛

Getting ready to host special class 2.5 hrs
✨️Roll to Restore✨️

Today, we will focus on freeing and waking up ribs so our 🫁 can fully expand.

The more your lungs expand, the more breath you can take..and what is more important to our health....then brining oxygen to our body, tissues, organs, ♥️

The more your ribs expand, the better you can move your neck, shoulder, hips...

And the more spacious, grounded and relaxed...you feel...

Looking forward to guiding a group of amazing women and spend a wonderful afternoon ♥️

🦋This Sunday I am hosting special practice, longer and slower...we will be learning how to breathe into back of body - your ribs...which tend to be so tight and they are hard to access...we will use yamuna balls to stimulate, open and release and turn on the small muscles called intercostales.....and you end up with

* loose shoulders
* more flexible neck
* open expansive 🫁
* more space in the entire body....
* regulated nervous system
*and much more...

☀️3pm - 2.5 hr event Roll to Restore
Focus : breathing 360 - rolling rib cage to open up your shoulders and neck and of course 🫁!
Complemented by Yoga Nidra and light refreshment at the end!

Both sessions will be held outdoors! Fresh air, in presence of nature, 🌳 and flowers 💐, 🐦 singing!

✨️I wish more people understood how powerful breathwork can be

✨️How something as simple as conscious breathing can create so much space in the body — shoulders soften, hips release, spine feels lighter and freer.

You feel grounded, yet light at the same time.
More open physically, emotionally, and mentally.

✨️And especially for women in perimenopause, when we can feel tired, overwhelmed, disconnected from ourselves, or stuck in our bodies… breathwork can be incredibly supportive and nourishing for the nervous system.

Breathwork is not complicated.
Anyone can do it.
You simply need to give yourself the time.

✨️Start with 20 minutes....explore the breathe, what part of your body you breathing to..
Are your ribs expanding? Is your belly moving? Is your neck relaxed?

Your body, mind, and nervous system will thank you. 🤍

✨️I cherish my slow mornings…
Waking up when my body is ready.
🧘‍♀️Sitting outside with a warm cup of coffee. Talking to my plants and trees. Soaking in their beauty and quiet presence. Watching the birds, noticing my breath, feeling the air on my skin.

💎Not rushing. Not producing. Not trying to “get somewhere.”

✨️Just being fully present with what is.

✨️These moments feel like such a gift — to ourselves, to our bodies, and especially to our nervous systems.

♥️In a world that constantly asks us to do more, there is something deeply healing about simply allowing ourselves to be.

Slow mornings are medicine. 🤍
