We’re Hiring a Full-Time Caregiver for my other company, Better Horizons In-Home Care!
Better Horizons In-Home Care – Springfield, OR
Better Horizons In-Home Care has been proudly serving the Springfield community since 2018, and we’re looking for a kind, dependable full-time caregiver to join our small care team. We have several shifts available to choose from! You’ll be part of a tight-knit, five-person caregiving team where flexibility, reliability, and a heart for care truly matter. What you’ll help with:
• Provide personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
• Assist with mobility and transfers (including use of a Hoyer lift)
• Support communication needs
• Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities
• Feeding tube and insulin injections are a plus
Don’t worry – training for all delegated tasks is provided!
What we’re looking for:
• Must be 18 years old
• Must be dependable and committed to the full-time swing shift schedule
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• MUST pass a background check
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus – but we also welcome those new to the field with a passion for helping others who are willing to learn!
Pay & Benefits:
• Pay: $20 & up per hour, depending on experience
