Do you have NFLM - Not Feeling Like Myself ? 🤔🤔🤔 That's the most common complaint I hear from my patients. We may not know exactly what's happening.....but we have a pretty good idea! And WE KNOW when we are not feeling right.

🎬 Remember the movie, "As Good As It Gets" with Jack Nicholson (1997)? Until last year, that's exactly how I felt about my life without my thyroid for the past 13 years.
🩷 I was taking the Levothyroxine (T4, Synthroid, etc) as directed. But once I educated myself and added Liothyronine (T3) to my treatment last year, I felt like a, "dead person who came back to life." 👻👻👻

This is what "Your Thyroid Labs are Normal / In Range / Fine" looked like for me in 2012 🙄🙄🙄 Unfortunately, no one looked at MY NECK....They only looked at the lab 🩸 results on the computer screen 🖥️
My thyroid was VERY swollen; I was having difficulty breathing 🫁🫁 🫁 because it was beginning to block my trachea. I also had brittle nails/hair loss, fatigue, cold extremities ❄️, weight gain, etc.

Life becomes more calm with Progesterone on board 🩷🩵💚
