What a wonderful day yesterday was 🎉. Thank y'all once again for coming out and showing your support not only to us, but to all the local artists and makers that made our Anniversary Market possible. We had a blast and hope you did too!

On August 14th, 2020, we opened our doors at 2511 South Jefferson Ave. Little did we know that six years later, we would be about to open our third location.

We couldn't be where we are right now without all of you. We cannot thank you all enough for coming in every day, for making us part of your daily routines, your projects, your fuel before or after class, and your life.

Our team, that makes this place keep going every day. From the farmers who hand-pick our coffee and work on our special processes, to our production team who maintains the quality and consistency of our flavors, to our BOH and baristas who ensure you have the best cup of coffee, empanadas, and pastries every day.

Colombia - Alco Bolivar
This light-medium roast is described as bright, well-balanced, with dark chocolate, green apple, lemongrass, and raw sugar tasting notes.
Washed / Bourbon, Caturra, Typica.

Nicaragua - Popoyo
This medium roast presents a balanced body and a clean, dry finish, with tasting notes of cocoa nibs, black tea, citrus, and stone fruits.
Washed / Catimore, Caturra, Parainema.
