I'm excited to share that I've completed my Certified Lymphedema Therapist (CLT) training! 🎉

This certification allows me to provide Manual Lymphatic Drainage (MLD) and Complete Decongestive Therapy (CDT) for individuals living with lymphedema, including many breast cancer survivors and others affected by surgery, radiation, injury, or chronic swelling.

This accomplishment is especially meaningful to me because breast cancer has touched my family personally. Watching both my mother and my aunt navigate their journeys inspired me to learn how to better support those facing similar challenges.
Many people don't realize that Manual Lymphatic Drainage isn't only for lymphedema. Healthy individuals often seek MLD to support recovery after surgery, reduce swelling, promote relaxation, and support overall wellness and circulation.
As a Registered Nurse, I'm honored to bring this specialized service to Sea Salt & Pebbles Wellness and look forward to helping clients feel their best whether they're managing a medical condition or simply investing in their health and well-being.

Sunday morning vibes at the studio 🌧️

The rain against the windows, warm air, soft music playing in the background… this space was created to help people slow down, breathe, and reconnect with themselves.

Next week I’ll be away completing my lymphatic drainage training, and I can’t wait to bring this offering to clients at the studio.

I currently have availability open mid June through July for therapeutic bodywork, craniosacral sessions, Reiki, and wellness appointments. Soon to have lymphatic drainage available.
