MEET EMILY! ✨🤎

Emily grew up with a love for movement, in sports and dance before discovering yoga in college. After fifteen years of developing her own practice, she became certified in Yin yoga and eventually followed up with her 200hr YTT in the Bay Area of CA.

Her teaching journey began right away. Navigating her own share of life’s challenges, she understands firsthand how transformative a yoga class can be for the mind, body and spirit. She brings that perspective to every class, welcoming beginners to seasoned yogis.

In 2022 Emily, her husband, 2 daughters and their pug made the leap to Eagle, ID. When she’s not on the mat, you’ll find her out in nature or at home making macramé art or cheering on her girls as a proud dance mom.

She will be subbing this Friday and covering for Jeanette lots in August! 🤎
