From My Heart to Yours đź’ś
In my last post, I shared part of my personal health journey involving lymphedema, lipedema, and venous insufficiency. Some readers naturally focused on the diagnoses themselves, and that’s completely understandable. But my deeper reason for sharing was this:
Even those of us who are called to help bring healing to others still need healing ourselves.
Healers are not exempt from physical challenges, emotional struggles, or seasons that require deeper learning and self-care. We are human too.
As I continue sharing my journey, my hope is not only to bring awareness, but also to help others who may be silently struggling with these same conditions feel less alone and more informed.
Over the next several weeks, I’ll begin explaining what lymphedema, lipedema, and venous insufficiency are individually, and later I’ll talk more about how these conditions can overlap and connect.
But I also want to say this clearly: I do not speak from fear or defeat.
I believe healing is possible. I speak life, restoration, and healing over myself while also taking practical steps to support my body through education, lifestyle changes, and understanding the deeper genetic, hormonal, inflammatory, and lymphatic connections involved.
"But I have come to give you everything in abundance, more than you expect—life in its fullness until you overflow!” — John 10:10 TPT
This is only the beginning of the conversation, and I’ll continue sharing more tomorrow.
A reminder of hope and healing found in unconditional LOVE.
