During invited testimony yesterday before the Texas House Select Committee on Health Care Affordability, Mark Cuban highlighted his program that partners with community and pays a $12 dispensing fee. “Your local going out of business is more expensive to the community and the state than any amount of fee that we could pay to the pharmacy,” Cuban said.

Comcast is up and down today. When down it takes our phones/internet out. If you call in and get voicemail please leave a message instead of calling back if you are able. This will save lots of duplicate calls while Comcast gets their act together.

If I took money from a brand manufacturer to "encourage" or require my patients to get the brand instead of a generic medication, I would be committing a felony, and would be in volition of state Board of Pharmacy regulations. Which would put my personal and business pharmacy licenses in jeopardy. For insurance companies, its just a great "bonus".
