Each 9-11 I post a prayer I wrote one year after 9-11-01.

What have we learned? We must move forward, but we never forget.

AMERICA, MY COUNTRY

God, you have blessed America with great abundance.
You have given America many freedoms.
You have given America tremendous opportunities.
You have made America a great melting pot.

We ask that you be with us daily as we struggle to rebuild.
We pray for those who have given their lives.
We ask you give us the courage to continually move forward.
We pray for those who are fighting for our freedom.
We ask you make us kinder people.
We pray for leaders that will make good decisions.
We ask that you give us clearer minds so not to live in fear.

Let me give a smile to everyone I meet.
Let me give consideration to those with opposite views.
Let me give understanding to those who are troubled.
Let me give time to those who need someone.
Let me give resources to those without.
Let me give of myself everyday I live.

Lord, help me to love my neighbors more,
To show more respect to those who arenā€™t like me,
To give more time to my family and friends,
And to build better relationships to those I know.

God, thank you for the gift of life today.
Help me to use my gifts to build a better nation.
Help me to do what I can to make America a better and safer place.

Wellā€¦.it seems that BC/BS is cutting our (chiropractors) reimbursement by 40%!!! Yes, you read that right. Come Oct 1st they are cutting our reimbursement 40%!!!

Imagine having your paycheck cut 40% or even 10%!! This is a big kick in the you know what.

And yes, my posts are positive BUT not this one.

This might trickle to patients as well. Hopefully, patients will contact Anthem to complain. Oh yeah, look at their profits. Those greedy &@$% #!!

They have no reasons why and we didnā€™t get the new fee schedule until 3 weeks ago.

Now still Choose to live well. Regardless of the greedy insurance companies šŸ˜³.

Seems like Iā€™ve had a lot of these conversations lately. I personally get adjusted each week. I know my life isnā€™t the same without it. When I missed three weeks sometimes Iā€™m in complete disarray. Chiropractic can be a lifestyle not just a quick pop when you were in pain. I would rather live all lifestyle instead of a quick fix, but thatā€™s me. šŸ˜ŽšŸ˜Ž.

And FYI, I have been going to the gym and working out pretty much my entire life. And no six pack. šŸ˜¢
