Hello all!
✨Just a friendly yet firm reminder, we do NOT tattoo minors. It is illegal in the state of Oklahoma to tattoo anyone under the age of 18, even with parent/guardian consent.✨
Please respect this when communicating with our artists. Tattooing any minor can result in the loss of an artist’s license, as well as the shop license, resulting in zero tattoos for anyone. On top of losing the ability to tattoo - tattooing a minor can cost us several thousand dollars in fines. We do not care if your buddy or other shops are tattooing minors -they are breaking the law.

Meet ✨ Megan ✨

With an Art Education degree and a Studio Art degree, she’s a versatile artist who’s worked across just about every medium. Her roots are in oil painting, and she brings that same sense of depth, composition, and intention into every tattoo she creates.

She’s been tattooing humans at Black Shamrock since 2023 and is delighted and grateful to turn ideas into something permanent. Every appointment is a collaboration, and she prioritizes a calm, comfortable experience so you can actually enjoy the process. 😌
