Q***ring Disability has been through a few iterations and now has a permanent home with (The) Farrah Garland, and as Stonington Pride 's legislative advocacy & disability justice arm. We are so excited!

Our getting re-grounded meeting will be September 2 from 6:30p-8p.
We will be going over our community agreements, pillars of disability justice, and our vision for going forward, as well as some exciting future speakers and so much more. You won't want to miss it!

We're building a truly intersectional, grassroots community of advocates and activists, rooted in the principles of disability justice, who want to learn about policy and legislation here in Connecticut, and who want to get involved in making change for our communities.

Please give it a look, check out what they're up to, and definitely check out their beautiful new CALENDAR on their "events" page! 🥳 ALSO, if you have events going that are q***r-friendly, YOU CAN ADD THEM TO THEIR CALENDAR using the "Submit Event" button. So please do! Stonington Pride is all about all about community (& community doesn't end at town lines).

I built out this site myself, and is still working on some details (aesthetics, more info, etc). Everything should work properly, but if you see something that doesn't function correctly, please let me know!

Join myself, the CT State Independent Living Council , and so many others on October 7 to hear the viewpoints on disability rights and other disability topics from candidates for:

🗳 Secretary of the State
🗳 US House of Representatives for all 5 districts
