even with a change of scenery & a hospital transfer, I was empowered and able to have so many of my birth preferences because we made a plan, we educated ourselves on all of the options & interventions, and we had the most incredible team prenatally and postpartum. (Including dogtor beau, who was our doggie doula🩷)
