Today we’re celebrating Kelsey — a big part of what makes The Method, well… The Method! ❤️

Kelsey has been helping our clients feel better through her work as our Cryo Specialist and now as one of our Softwave techs… she has a true gift for helping people find relief and get back to doing the things they love. ❄️✨

But outside of The Method, Kelsey’s favorite role will always be mom. Her kids — even though they’re teenagers and adults now — will always be her biggest priority, and anyone who knows her knows just how much they mean to her. ❤️
