DEET, Permethrin, Picaridin, Oil of Lemon Eucalyptus... so many bug spray options, and it can be overwhelming when trying to find the least “toxic” option.

I get eaten alive by mosquitoes, so I need a “better” option that ACTUALLY works...

⭐ Honestly, it’s tough finding 100% “non-toxic” bug sprays that actually work, but these are better options that you can test out.

Most air fryers contain non-stick coatings which can come in contact or aerosolize onto your food.

Brands commonly say this if the exterior is stainless steel, not always the interior.”Stainless steel finish” or “brushed stainless steel” usually refers to the exterior only. Oftentimes, the cookie sheets or mesh trays used with the food are not stainless steel whatsoever. Most air fryers have non-stick interior walls for easy cleaning.

→ Parabens: Linked to hormone disruption and commonly used as preservatives.

→ Phthalates: Known endocrine disruptors affecting hormone health.

→ Dyes: Can cause irritation or allergic reactions.

→ Bleach: Used for whitening but may be harsh on skin.
