Ni****ne doesn’t just affect your health. It can drain your wallet, too.

One v**e might not seem like much, but the cost adds up fast. Quit ni****ne and put that money toward things you actually want.

-Gas money
-Starbucks
-Yummy food with friends
-A concert with your favorite artist

Your money. Your future. Your choice.

Ma*****na can affect more than your health. Choosing to stay ma*****na-free can help keep your future open.

Using ma*****na can put academic scholarships, educational opportunities, and participation in school sports at risk. Don’t let ma*****na close doors to the future you’re working toward.

Back to school got you feeling down? If stress is creeping in, here's some tips to help.

Sleep helps more than you'd think. Develop a consistent bedtime and wake time and aim for 8-10 hours of sleep a night.

Regular meals and water keep your energy steady all day.

A light walk or run can clear your head.

Stress is normal, but if you're feeling overwhelmed, take a moment to step back and build a schedule that works for you.
