My midwife told me that we have to remember that during pregnancy there are two souls running the show—that sometimes things happen that are out of our control because the little being inside of us have other plans.

This weekend, that statement couldn’t have been more true. Little Everett decided to come into this world a little early on 9/26, making it the best birthday gift for me in 37 years 🥰 he is so perfect, doing well and humbling the heck out of me and daddy already!

With that said, everything I wrote about Slow Season last week is out the door 😂 I won’t be attending any more markets for the rest of the year and the farmstand will be closed for a little bit until we get settled. If you need elderberry syrup, honey, scarves or anything in between, please reach out and we can open in up for you or you are welcome to order something online via my website.

For now, we are sitting in bliss and soaking in every moment with our little guy 💙💙💙

Another season of transition is here 🍃🌻

As I slowly prepare for this little love, I wanted to update you all on a few shifts for the rest of the year—

❤️Saturday, October 3rd will be my last in person market of the season. It has been such a gift to share the things that bring me joy with you all this year. I have loved seeing familiar faces, meeting new ones and sharing Slow Season offerings near and far. I’d love to give you a hug at the Concord Market from 8:30 to 12pm to send the season off right!

❤️ After a few months off, I look forward to seeing you all at the Sunapee Winter Market starting in January! This market is every-other Saturday until May, a perfect opportunity to shop local and connect with some inspiring people! You can learn more about this market on my website 😊

❤️ Starting October 26th, I’ll be taking a few weeks off of baking for the farmstand. I’ll be playing it by ear as to when I will start it up again so keep a look out for an update sometime in November. The farmstand will will be open for the holiday season starting November 27 filled with gifts and goodies in collaboration with 🎄

❤️ I’ll probably be pretty quiet on here and embrace my own “slow season” once the baby arrives so as always, if you need anything please don’t hesitate to reach out to me privately! You can also find available products to order online on my website 🥰

It’s that time of year again 🍃🍂🍃

As nature changes, so do we 🍂

One of these hand-knit neck warmers are a perfect companion for these brisk mornings! They give you a little extra warmth without feeling constricted or too heavy. I honestly wear them everyday from September-May!

Back to school season and the shifting of the seasons always brings sniffles, coughs and sore throats 🤧 This is a good reminder to take advantage of what nature freely gives us within our plant allies! Things like Elderberry, Echinacea, Honey…they have properties within them to help ward off those nasty colds and keep us and our family feeling fresh 👌Grab a bottle of the *limited* seasonal shield or the popular Elderberry Syrup at the farmstand! ⬇️ PUMPKIN SPICE CREAMER ⬇️

🎃1 cup milk of choice
🎃4 tbsp pumpkin purée
🎃4 tbsp Slow Season Pumpkin Spiced Honey
🎃 *bonus* sprinkle maple sugar on top
👉blend together until smooth
👉Pour over your cold or hot coffee
👉Store in fridge for 1 week
