A joyful, freeing movement practice inspired by the changing season. Flow, dance, shake it out, and release what you no longer need before settling into a peaceful meditation centered around seasonal ease, balance, and letting go.

🔮 7:15 PM — Mabon Pendulum Workshop
Shift from **moving your magic to listening to it.** Learn the basics of pendulum work, discover how to tune into your own intuitive language, and practice using your pendulum for magical rituals and everyday guidance.

✨ No experience necessary for either gathering! Just bring an open mind, a willingness to move, and a little curiosity about the magic already within you.

DON’T JUST DABBLE… LEARN! ✨🧙‍♀️

The media can make magic look easy.

Light a candle.
Say some words.
Throw in a little abracadabra…
✨ MAGIC! ✨

And in some ways, that’s both true and false.

True because when you intentionally work with energy, intention, symbolism, ritual, and the natural world… you *are* dabbling in magic.

False because if you only dabble without understanding what you’re working with, don’t be surprised when your magic gets a little… cross-wired. 😉

Manifesting an ex instead of new love.
Calling in more work instead of more income.
Getting all the attention—but from exactly the wrong directions.
Feeling like everything suddenly comes to a screeching halt.

And hey… maybe those shadows in the corner don’t feel quite so easy to explain away anymore. 👀

If you’re curious enough to dabble, then you’re curious enough to LEARN.

Don’t appropriate.
Don’t assume.
And please don’t treat everything you see on social media as magical law.

Open the books.
Ask questions.
Spend time in nature.
Learn protection.
Learn discernment.
Learn direction.
Learn history.
Learn the traditions and practices you feel drawn toward.

Magic isn’t just about doing the thing.

Not just the thing that keeps you up at night, but the thing that won’t let your mind ease during the day.

And yes, before we dive in: this is the 9 of Swords, aka the 9 of Scythes, from the . This card comes from Season 1, when everyone’s nightmares are coming true, including Buffy’s fear of becoming a vampire. 🧛‍♀️

Almost all of us have shadow thoughts. Worries. Concerns. Fears. But then our minds give those thoughts a narrative.

And for those of us who are intuitively gifted, who feel, sense, notice, and sometimes see far more than the people around us acknowledge, it can be hard not to see the worst possibility before the best one.

Survival mode gets loud. Imposter syndrome gets loud. The “what if?” gets LOUD. Here’s what you need:

1. PROTECTIVE BUBBLE: Your empathic and intuitive senses may be on overload.

Retract those feelers. Pull in those antennae. Imagine wrapping yourself in protective light and give your senses permission to rest. You don't have to perceive everything happening around you.

2. CREATE BOUNDARIES: And these boundaries are for YOU, not everyone else. Create a boundary around urgency.

How many nightmares involve being unable to escape, fighting your way out, or desperately trying to flee? Your nervous system knows those patterns: FIGHT. FLIGHT. FREEZE.

So pause before you knee-jerk react. Ask yourself: “Is this actually an emergency right now?” If I don't respond immediately, will something truly harmful happen?

More often than not, the answer is no. So let it wait. That pause is where clarity gets a chance to enter.

3. SAFE CONNECTION: Find connection that actually feels safe. A trusted friendship. A walk in nature. Hugging a tree. Volunteering at an animal rescue and walking a dog who needs some love.

Energy nightmares want you isolated. Don't let them have you.

Choose the people, places, and environments that remind your nervous system: **I am safe. I am supported. I don't have to carry this alone.**

So whether you're a Slayer, Witch, Watcher, Ex-Demon, or Seer…
