Healthcare should prioritize health, not just the treatment of sickness. Physical therapy plays a vital role on the front line—helping people stay active, resilient, and well before problems become bigger issues.

One of the most effective and efficient tools I’ve used for soft tissue myofascial release and neuromuscular reset is dry needling. It doesn’t only help with orthopedic instant pain relief, it also help with somatic symptoms and energy level. It’s a powerful skill that I believe every clinician can benefit from mastering.
