A teenager risks everything for one unforgettable shot at prom, first love, and the kind of trouble that might finally make him feel normal, even if his epilepsy turns that night into a dangerous gamble.

The Epilepsy Services Foundation was honored to be part of an incredible and intimate dinner hosted by Epilepsy Alliance of America. This special evening brought together member organizations from across the country, creating space for meaningful connection, shared learning, and collective impact.

One of the most powerful moments was engaging directly with families, hearing their stories, and being reminded of why this work matters so deeply. We were especially proud to connect with one of our own local families, highlighting the reach and strength of our community.

Moments like these reinforce our commitment to supporting individuals and families impacted by epilepsy and continuing to build strong partnerships that drive awareness, advocacy, and access to care.

This past weekend, we had a wonderful time at our Spring Picnic with the Epilepsy Services Foundation! It was a beautiful day filled with fun, food, and fellowship as families, friends, and community members came together to connect and celebrate one another.

The park provided open green spaces, playground areas for children, and even a splash pad that brought extra excitement and laughter throughout the day.

Events like this remind us of the importance of convening and building community. When we come together, we strengthen relationships, share experiences, and create spaces where individuals and families feel seen, supported, and connected.

We are grateful to everyone who joined us and helped make the Spring Picnic such a meaningful and memorable day. Thank you for your continued support!
