🕊️ It is a way of returning to yourself — beyond the noise, beneath the surface, into what has been waiting to be seen. This work is not about escaping stress. It is about creating enough internal safety for the body to soften, process, and return to alignment.
—How the Process Works
Each journey begins with a private one-on-one consultation. This is a space to speak openly about what you are carrying and what you hope to move through — whether that is grief, divorce, the loss of someone deeply loved, the weight of past abuse, time spent in relationships with narcissistic dynamics, or simply the quiet accumulation of stress that has nowhere to go. What is shared becomes part of how the session is designed—containing a curated music playlist intended specifically for your journey. The session itself lasts approximately 90 minutes and takes place in our dedicated healing room — an acoustically private space designed to feel elegant, calm, and safe. You are guided through the breath and the experience from beginning to end, with music supporting each phase of the journey. Afterward, there is unhurried space to reflect, journal, or simply rest. Many patients describe this closing moment as one of the most important parts of the experience — a chance to integrate what surfaced and return to the world with a newfound understanding.
