Today is Global Fatty Liver Day, a reminder that liver health deserves more attention — especially for people affected by obesity.

Brenda’s elevated liver enzymes turned into a MASH diagnosis. What may start as “just a lab result” can sometimes be an early sign of a serious liver condition.

On July 1, the Medicare GLP-1 Bridge program launches, creating a new pathway that may help eligible Medicare patients access obesity treatment.

Join the Obesity Care Advocacy Network, Obesity Action Coalition, American Diabetes Association, Obesity Medicine Association, American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery and The Obesity Society on June 18 for “The BRIDGE to a Healthier You: Navigating the New Medicare GLP-1 Access.”

You’ll hear from CMS, a patient, a provider and a pharmacist about what Bridge is, who it may help and how to prepare. Sessions are available at 12 PM ET and 7 PM ET.
