Sometimes we find a few people to refer clients to. It’s not often we find an entire community. What Heather has created with The Pilates Haus is incredible. Her staff are trained and knowledgeable. I have been able to send clients to specific instructors with confidence, they can work out and get stronger. Not everything is weak often we find an imbalance and depending on your concern depends on which instructor is best for you so I suggest you try a few! March of this year I was listening to a client and working on breaking down some patterns.. That session turned into something bigger.
They started juicing and now launched their own juice and jam company. I’ll definitely keep you posted when they get closer to opening!

They made “start me up” because of that conversation. I’m sure it will be my favorite one 🤗

Our recovery suite is ready! Sauna, cold plunge, red light, salt therapy, vibe plate, yoga, and meditation. Kitchenette and a full shower to rinse off. Best part? No sharing! Just you and if you’re feeling generous, a plus one 😎

Florida native ground cover Sunshine Mimosa. Dug out the shell mulch out front because it makes the ground too hot. It was scorching the crape myrtle. Replaced with mulch and planted this plus perennial peanut and frogfruit. Surprised it’s blooming already!
