Last Thursday’s class brought some extra excitement! From moving to The Vestry due to rain to meeting some adorable, adorable pups needing a home! 🌧️🐾

Class had cozy vibes being indoors and I shared some Spring Love tea after in celebration of National Iced Tea day the day before. 🍵

I didn’t get a chance to capture a post-class photo so here’s a photo of those who braved the rain and ran/walked for the Eden Abbey Brewing Community run club! 🏃🏻‍♀️

Thursday’s class was wonderful as always. 🌿

We were gifted a gentle breeze, slightly cooler temperatures, and the reminder that sometimes the best thing we can do is stop resisting and simply flow with what is.

Together we moved, stretched, breathed, and explored the idea of trusting life’s transitions. Allowing change to unfold without needing to control every step of the journey.

Thank you to everyone who joined me in the garden and shared your energy, presence, and practice. 💜

Last night’s class was HOT 🔥 but the energy in the garden was even better. So grateful for this little community that keeps showing up, breathing deeply, moving intentionally, and growing together 💜

We flowed, we sweat, we grounded, and hopefully left feeling just a little more connected to ourselves.

A little late, but still soaking in the fun from Girls’ Night Out! ✨🌿

It was such a wonderful evening being surrounded by so many incredible women-owned businesses, creativity, and community. I loved meeting everyone who stopped by to say hello, sample some teas, and take a some home with them 🍵💜

I also had the privilege of sharing a table with my friend .ryan.art which honestly felt like the perfect pairing. Her handmade ceramics, including the cutest tea cups with built-in strainers, alongside my teas made for such a cozy little setup ☺️ I’m so sad we didn’t get a photo together, but I loved sharing the space with her.

Huge thank you to for hosting such a beautiful event. I’m always honored to be a part of it and it’s become one of those nights I genuinely look forward to each time ✨

(Also… Zeus the llama was absolutely a distraction and I regret nothing 😂🦙)

This Wednesday’s practice was all about returning home…to ourselves, our breath, our bodies, and the present moment. 🌿✨

We built some heat, moved through strong flows, found balance, and softened into gratitude together. So happy to welcome back familiar faces, friends, and meet some new yogis too. Truly such a lovely group of humans. 🤍

The energy this small group brought reminds me why I love these classes so much 💜

This week’s theme centered around the question:
Are we being a thermometer…reacting to the temperature around us? 🌡️
Or a thermostat…grounded enough to help shift the energy instead? ⚡️

Such a simple concept, but one that landed deeply during our first Wednesday one-hour flow together. Grateful for this little community of regulars who continue to show up, reflect, laugh, breathe, and move with me each week 🫶

Also…clearly we didn’t know what to do with our hands. 😂 Honestly, a full personality lineup and I love that for us. 💜

Last night’s class felt extra special. Soft breeze, garden sounds, and the kind of energy you can’t really plan for, only experience. I’m so grateful for each and every one of you who shows up week after week. It truly fills my heart and it’s such an honor to guide you through this practice. You trusting me in that role is something I don’t take lightly 🙂‍↕️

🌸 May Schedule Update!
Classes are moving to Wednesdays at 6pm at Eden Abbey and will now be 1 hour long 🙌
(No class on May 13th)

🌙 I’ll also be at the upcoming Girls Night Out event (May 7th) with my teas. I would love to see you there! Come support local, women-owned businesses, hang out, and maybe grab something cozy for Mother’s Day 💐 (or for you 😉)

No big deal… just had some superheroes stop by for tea 🫖🦸‍♂️

But in all seriousness, this past weekend filled my heart!

Being part of the Hustle for Hope 5K and supporting awareness for HIE meant so much. Watching people come together for a cause, sharing tea, connecting with new faces… it was one of those “this is why I love this” moments 💜

Runner’s High was the star of the day, and I’m so grateful for every single person who stopped by, sipped, and supported.

Shoutout to the beautiful souls I got to share this space with! So honored to have been a part of it. ✨
