Come celebrate one year of Sun Run Club! The morning kicks off at 8 AM with the run beginning at 8:30, plus another workout opportunity throughout the morning. I’ll be winding things down with a 30-minute flow at 10 AM.

And if you’re sticking around afterward, there’s plenty to enjoy at the market! 🌿✨

Two different vibes, two different ways to move! Both are a good reminder to make a little space for yourself.

Last week, the rain had other plans and we moved our practice into the Vestry. We still had a beautiful class, good energy, and a cozy space to slow down and breathe. 💖
