📣 OFFICIAL ANNOUNCEMENT | Life IV Weight Loss Partners With Forus

Life IV Weight Loss is pleased to announce a new partnership with Forus, a medication-access platform designed to provide specialized support for the administrative process that can occur after a prescription is written.

For patients requiring insurance review, accessing a prescribed medication can involve much more than submitting a prior authorization. Benefit verification, additional documentation, appeals, pharmacy coordination, renewal tracking, and medication-assistance programs may all become part of the process.

Through our partnership with Forus, we are strengthening the support available to our patients throughout that journey.

Forus will work alongside our practice to help coordinate and track medication-access tasks, including prior authorizations, insurance requirements, pharmacy routing, appeals when appropriate, and eligible affordability or assistance programs.

Our goal is simple: create a more organized and transparent medication-access process while allowing our clinical team to remain focused on what matters most—providing personalized medical weight-loss care.

Your Life IV Weight Loss provider will continue to direct all clinical decisions and treatment recommendations. Forus adds another layer of specialized administrative support behind the scenes to help patients navigate the often-complex path between a prescription and medication access.
