She just wanted to get on the floor and play with her grandkids

But every time she squatted down, the pain stopped her. Bending, moving, keeping up with them — it all hurt. And nobody had been able to tell her why.

When she came to us, we ran her through our Kinetisense movement screening — a full-body movement analysis that shows us exactly how your body is moving, compensating, and breaking down under load

She was shifting and compensating every time she squatted. Her lower body wasn’t controlling movement the way it should — so her back was taking the hit every single time
