Ladies, our Tuesday and Thursday B.O.S.S. Lady Walks will now begin at 7:00pm at Spring Lake Park!

Since it’s getting darker earlier, we’re moving our start time up so we’ll have plenty of daylight to complete our 2-mile walk safely before nightfall.

This morning, we showed up, put in our miles, and enjoyed another beautiful opportunity to move, connect, and encourage one another!

And a special shout-out to Ms. Linda! Although she couldn’t walk with us in person, she still got her walk in and sent us a video. Now THAT is what accountability looks like!🙌🏾🔥

You may not always be able to walk beside us, but you can still stay committed to the journey. No excuses; just finding a way to keep moving!💪🏾

This is more than a walk; it’s Connection • Encouragement • Accountability • Sisterhood.
