🎉✨ CELEBRATING 5 AMAZING YEARS IN BUSINESS! ✨🎉
What began in my home during the pandemic—serving family, friends, and church members—grew into something I NEVER imagined! After retiring from 30 years in education, my plan was simply to work in a local wellness spa…but GOD HAD OTHER PLANS! 🙌🏽💕
I’m especially proud that this journey has been about more than operating a business.
Whenever possible, I have answered the call to SERVE—volunteering my time, providing complimentary massage services, and sharing health and fitness information with organizations throughout my community.
Giving back has always been an important part of my purpose. 🤝🏽💗
I believe our bodies are precious vessels.
When we eat well, exercise, stretch, rest, and practice self-care, we can do more than simply live—we can ENJOY LIFE!
My goal is to help others move with less pain, sleep better, feel healthier, and enjoy precious moments with their families and grandchildren. 💪🏽🌿
