Results: In every case, fertility outcomes improved. Improvements in reproductive health outcomes in each case give reason to suggest that PBM may help to improve unexplained age-related infertility. Conclusions: Our study demonstrated that multiwavelength of red and NIR PBM with either an LED or laser, or a combination, improved female fertility and reproductive health and contributed to healthy live births in females diagnosed with unexplained age-related infertility. Extensive studies with robust data are warranted to validate our PBM dosimetry and treatment protocols. Moreover, understanding the genetic and phenotype biomarkers is important to standardise a range of PBM light dosimetry.

I had a strong download during my meditation before I left for Egypt that I should teach the importance of heart coherence to the refugees from Gaza. Over and over before I left I was getting updates on who we were going to help. Lot of them were stricken with autoimmune, cancer, and most of all PTSD, depression and more. Teaching them the importance of the mind body connection on a very scientific level and how to regulate stress was my mission. Speaking on epigenetics and how thoughts and trauma can create disease. Thank you to the volunteers at they made this happen in less than a weeks notice. We rented an Airbnb for a few hours and we gathered the staff, women and their children came along for the ride. While the children played I did my mini presentation and thankfully Dr Yosra was able to translate. The women were extremely receptive and we did a little hear coherence meditation in the end followed by acupuncture for all the ladies. They were so grateful but I am not sure they knew how grateful I was for the opportunity. Thank you to .dolla for keeping the kiddos entertained! You did a great job!!!

Your embryo transfer is one of the most important days of your fertility journey, but the months leading up to it matter just as much.

In Chinese medicine, we don’t just focus on the embryo. We focus on creating the healthiest environment possible for implantation.

These are four common patterns that often make us pause before an IVF transfer:
✨ Yin Deficiency (deficient heat)
✨ Qi & Blood Stagnation
✨ Spleen Qi Deficiency
✨ Liver Qi Stagnation

While these are Traditional Chinese Medicine diagnoses, many overlap with concepts recognized in Western medicine, including hormonal imbalance, inflammation, impaired circulation, mitochondrial dysfunction, stress physiology, and endometrial receptivity.

The best time to prepare for an embryo transfer is 3 to 6 months before transfer day. Supporting your body with acupuncture, nutrition, stress reduction, and individualized care may help create the best possible conditions for implantation. As a practitioner sometimes a patient may come in only a week before transfer day, which is better than nothing but more often then not, I can predict whether or not the transfer will be successful based on the persons constitution. It is best to prepare the body for the transfer months leading up to receive optimal results on transfer day!
