What a busy summer we've had! Today, we're celebrating four of our summer Banana Duck Award recipients: Amber, BCaBA who serves our Cheboygan and Sault Ste. Marie regions; Hana, BCBA and Clinical Director of Cedar Springs; Kevin, BCBA in Grayling; and our latest recipient, Devin, BCaBA in Traverse City. 💛

Each brings unique strengths, expertise, and specialties to our team, but they share one important quality: a willingness to step in and support wherever they’re needed most. From jumping into unexpected situations to sharing their clinical expertise and problem-solving skills, we see—and appreciate—the drive! 💪

One of our favorite annual events—the AuSable River Festival Kid's Day! It's always high-energy, a little hectic (in the best way), and packed with fun. We loved spending the day connecting with families, meeting new faces, and being part of such an incredible community event.
