🚧 Big Improvements Are Coming to Bobcat Boulevard

Construction on the Bobcat Boulevard Roundabout and Roadway Improvement Project officially begins Monday, July 20. Residents may have already noticed traffic control devices being installed as crews prepare for construction.

As work gets underway, Bobcat Boulevard will experience temporary traffic delays, changing traffic patterns, and added congestion. We understand the inconvenience, and we sincerely appreciate your patience as we work through it together.

The good news is that this project is a significant investment in Trophy Club's future. When complete, the new roundabout and roadway improvements will enhance safety, improve traffic flow, and create a more efficient corridor for residents, students, families, and everyone who travels through this area.

Preparing for a project of this size requires teamwork. On July 14, Town staff met with Northwest ISD administration, Byron Nelson High School leadership, Trophy Club Police, Roanoke Police, McMahon Contracting, the Town's engineering team, and Northstar (the contractor constructing the new Northwest ISD stadium) to coordinate construction activities, school traffic operations, and communication strategies before work begins.

Our shared goal is simple: keep students safe, maintain traffic flow as efficiently as possible, and communicate proactively throughout the project.

⚠️ What you can expect:
• Construction begins Monday, July 20
• Changing traffic patterns and periodic lane closures
• Longer travel times, especially during school drop-off and pick-up
• Regular updates on construction progress, upcoming work, and traffic impacts

Construction is anticipated to continue into early 2027. While some delays are unavoidable, every effort is being made to minimize disruptions during school arrival and dismissal periods.

We know this construction will be challenging. Our commitment is to keep you informed every step of the way so you know what's happening, what's coming next, and how to plan ahead.
